Behold Frankenstein’s Army!

I’ve written before about my love of Nazi zombies (or as I call them: NAZOMBIES) in horror movies such as Dead Snow and Sucker Punch, but this trailer for Frankenstein’s Army blows it all away with its awesomeness. These aren’t just Nazi zombies. They’re Nazi Frankenstein’s Monster zombies! It doesn’t get much better than this, folks. Here’s a plot summary:

Toward the end of World War II, Russian soldiers pushing into eastern Germany stumble across a secret Nazi lab, one that has unearthed and begun experimenting with the journal of one Dr. Victor Frankenstein. The scientists have used the legendary Frankenstein’s work to assemble an army of supersoldiers stitched together from the body parts of their fallen comrades – a desperate Hitler’s last ghastly ploy to escape defeat.

And as if all that wasn’t cool enough, there’s been lots of speculation on the interwebs that the entire movie will look like WW2 found footage! This is just about the coolest thing I’ve heard all year. No word yet as to when Frankenstein’s Army will appear in its finished form, but at least we have two sweet promo clips to keep us happy in the meantime.
