Clueless Gamer: Watchdogs

Conan is back with another episode of Clueless Gamer, and even though he’s playing Watchdogs, one of the most highly anticipated games of the year, I’ve gotta say, this episode disappointed me twice over. The first disappointment is that Watchdogs just looks like Grand Theft Auto to me. Sure, there’s this whole hacking mechanic, but if you only watched clips where the hacking wasn’t taking place, this game would be indistinguishable from any number of other open-world games. Too bad, because I already own several GTA games as well as Saints Row. Is a new mechanic really worth a whole new game? Not in my books. The second disappointment is that this is clearly a commercial for Watchdogs, and not Conan’s usual brand of goofy review. He doesn’t even give it a rating at the end. Lame.
