Hey, check it out! A trailer for Battle: Los Angeles! I was totally distracted by that other alien invasion movie that’s coming out – Skyline – and I completely forgot about this one! The plot basically boils down to aliens attacking L.A., but here’s a longer plot summary anyway:
A young Marine platoon, lead by Aaron Eckhart, faces off against a surprise alien invasion in Los Angeles.
Hmm, I guess that really wasn’t that much longer. Battle: Los Angeles also stars Michelle Rodriguez and Bridget Moynahan, and is being released on March 11, 2011. Personally, I think this looks pretty cool, and that’s enough for me to want to see it.
