Before They Were Stars: Guy Pearce with a Mullet and a Speedo in “Neighbours”

Aussiemania is running wild on “Before They Were Stars” this week! I’ve already showcased early Australian roles for Heath Ledger and Russell Crowe, and now it’s Guy Pearce’s turn. His first major break was becoming a full-time cast member on the famous Australian soap opera, Neighbours, which has aired more than 6000 episodes over the span of 26 seasons and is still going strong. In a scene that just screams “this is the 80s!”, the mullet-haired Mr. Pearce walks onto the beach wearing a pink tank top before stripping down to a very revealing Speedo.
