This is a trailer for a film called La Herencia Valdemar II, a Spanish film based on the mythos of H.P. Lovecraft. I don’t speak Spanish, so I don’t really know what this is about, but it doesn’t matter because HOLY CRAP IT’S CTHULHU! I don’t even care that the CGI effects aren’t perfect, that’s freaking Cthulhu in a movie! Too cool! Needless to say, I’ll be seeing La Herencia Valdemar II based solely on this face.
La Herencia Valdemar II is set to be released on January 28, 2011…but only in Spain. We’ll have to wait and see if this ever comes to North America.
