This is a Volkswagen commercial that’s set to play during the superbowl, and it’s totally awesome. I mean, there are a lot of good commercials out there, but it takes a special kind of humour and cleverness for me to really pay attention. Volkswagen nailed it. From now on, I’m going to pretend all that nonsense in The Phantom Menace ever happened and instead believe that this is how Darth Vader spent his younger years. Actually, I recommend everyone pretend The Phantom Menace never happened, regardless of whether or not you like this ad.
