Chris Rock is a loud, relentless, in-your-face comic whose comedy routines have garnered huge audiences and much fame. Whether you like the guy or not, his ability to get laughs and work large crowds cannot be denied. I, personally, prefer him as a stand-up comic rather than as an actor because I find his material doesn’t transfer realistically to the movie medium, but he is always a delight to watch. He has also proven himself more than capable in producer mode with his television series “Everybody Hates Chris”.
