To celebrate Simon Pegg’s birthday today, we’ll jump all the way back to 1995 when he made his television debut on a low-budget British sketch comedy show called Six Pairs of Pants, which lasted a grand total of three episodes! This show was also interesting because it featured Simon’s future Spaced co-stars, Jessica Stevenson Hynes and Katy Carmichael, in some of their earliest acting appearances. You know, we may complain that Spaced went off the air way too soon, but at least it got to last longer than three episodes.
