Many of you young’uns might be shocked to hear this, but there was once a time when the end credits for TV shows were not squished over into a small corner, so that an ad for another show could fill three-quarters of the screen. Back in the good old days, anyone who worked on a TV show could actually read their own name when it appeared in the end titles! You’d often get to hear an instrumental version of the show’s theme song playing over the credits and see clips or stills from the preceding episode in the background. This is an awesome 11-minute montage that may cause nostalgia overload as it showcases the end credits of 20 classic sitcoms from the 1980s. See if you can name them all. I can say without exaggeration that I have watched every single one of them at some point during my childhood.
