Before They Were Stars: 19-Year Old Kurt Russell Sings “Sugar, Sugar” at Disneyland

I know I’ve already done a “Before They Were Stars” feature on Kurt Russell from when he was 12 years old and starred in his own TV series, The Travels of Jaimie McPheeters, and I just posted rare footage of him auditioning for the role of Han Solo. But you can never have too much obscure Kurt Russell footage, so here’s a clip of him on a corny Disney TV special from 1970, singing a rendition of “Sugar, Sugar”. Seriously, would ANYONE have ever envisioned this guy playing Snake Plissken?!
