Remember when I said that the teaser for the upcoming webseries Mortal Kombat: Legacy was a harbinger of an avalanche of new Mortal Kombat-related stuff? Here’s the first of it! Apparently Kratos from God of War is going to be a playable character in the new Mortal Kombat game, and as a response to this bit of news, Machinima created this montage of rejected crossover characters from Mortal Kombat‘s past. I think the NBA Jam fatality is particularly inspired.
I didn’t realize this until I came upon the video above, but Machinima has also done a bunch of videos of rejected Mortal Kombat fatalities, and since the fatalities are one of the best things about the game, I’d be remiss in my duties if I didn’t share the rejected ones with you readers.
