I’ve already done a “Before They Were Stars” feature on Simon Pegg from his short-lived sketch comedy show, Six Pairs of Pants, but before he got into acting, Simon worked the stand-up comedy circuit for a few years. Here’s a rare clip of him performing on a BBC show in 1995, and it’s quite neat to see the host say the prophetic words: “Simon Pegg. Remember the name, you saw him here first”.
