The irony of the title of this video is that Zack Morris’ phone, as seen on Saved By The Bell, never really evolves – it just changes colour. Man, I remember a time when I was actually envious of that giant brick of a phone! Y’know, there are some shows and movies about high school that manage to retain a kind of timeless quality to them, but I think the thing that keeps Saved By The Bell from being one such property (aside from the godawful writing, of course) is that huge, honkin’ phone. Any kid in high school today would probably just point and laugh at how archaic it looks.
