Before They Were Stars: Brad Pitt on “Growing Pains”

If there’s one guy who’s provided a lot of prime “Before They Were Stars” material for me, it’s Brad Pitt, as he did an awful lot of bit parts and commercials in his early career before he found fame. I’ve already covered him three times already and could probably devote several weeks exclusively to him, but today, I’ll be showcasing a guest appearance he made on an 1987 episode of Growing Pains. Pitt actually made two separate guest appearances on the show two years apart playing two different characters, but sadly, they both occurred before Leonardo DiCaprio joined the cast as it would have been neat to see those two future mega-stars cross paths.
