I’m sure you’ve already seen the footage of Sacha Baron Cohen spilling Kim Jong-Il’s ashes on Ryan Seacrest at the Academy Awards, but I’m sure Ryan was thinking: “Hey, could be worse! At least I’m not hosting a kids version of American Gladiators!”. Indeed, Mr. Seacrest has come a long way to be doing interviews on the red carpet at the Academy Awards as one of his earliest gigs in television came in 1994 when he was hired to host a Saturday morning show called Gladiators 2000, which involved teams of kids being coached by an adult American Gladiator to defeat each one another in a series of wacky events. It only lasted a year-and-a-half before Seacrest moved on to bigger things, but he looks like he hasn’t aged at all in 18 years.
