Nature’s Wonderland

I don’t know what it is, but I’ve always been fascinated with defunct amusement parks or, as a close second, rides that used to exist at popular amusement parks but don’t anymore. Disneyland is great for this sort of thing, as they’re always closing down old rides to make way for new ones. One such long-gone ride was “Nature’s Wonderland”, a kind of train ride with animatronic accompaniment designed to entertain kids of all ages. In the video below you can see photos from the ride and hear the guide’s voiceover, but in the video above you can actually get a POV ride on Nature’s Wonderland thanks to an enterprising individual who built a scale model of it and filmed it using a Hot Wheels camera car! Now that’s dedication.
