Before They Were Stars: Clark Gregg on “The George Carlin Show”

Clark Gregg is a longtime character actor/”That Guy” that has found popularity for his role as Agent Coulson from S.H.I.E.L.D., whose appearances in Iron Man 1 & 2 and Thor helped build to the release of The Avengers. Before playing Agent Coulson, Clark was a recognizable face whom you would frequently see pop up in supporting roles in films and TV shows. Back in 1994, he crossed paths with the late, great George Carlin when he guest starred on the short-lived FOX sitcom, The George Carlin Show. In this episode, George traumatizes a sheltered kid by buying him a porno magazine, and at the 8:39 mark of this clip, you’ll see Clark make his appearance as the boy’s angry father.
