Before They Were Stars: Russell Crowe in a College Recruitment Video

I love finding the really obscure “Before They Were Stars” projects, so here’s some hilarious footage of a young Russell Crowe acting in A Very Special Person, a lame recruitment video for Avondale College in his native Australia. There’s something rather cult-like about this video as Avondale is a Christian college, and this almost serves as an advertisement for how to turn a motorcycle-riding, leather-wearing rebel into a clean-cut, polo shirt-wearing minister.
