Is it meta when a cast member from Mad Men appears in a terrible commercial? Here’s an ad that Elisabeth Moss did for Excedrin much earlier in her career, and many of the commenters on this Youtube video have not hesitated to mention how much they used to hate this commercial when it originally aired. I think it might have to do with the fact that she sounds like a wasted teenage girl taking Excedrin to deal with a hangover rather than a migraine. Don Draper would probably not approve!
