If you need someone to play a psychopath, look no further than Jake Busey. The son of actor Gary Busey, Jake began acting at a young age and made his film debut in the 1978 film Straight Time alongside his father and Dustin Hoffman. Busey has also appeared in the films Contact, Starship Troopers, The Frighteners, Twister, Identity, and Wristcutters: A Love Story. He’s also done a fair amount of television acting, with credits on series such as Tales from the Crypt, The Twilight Zone, Charmed, CSI: Miami, and CSI: NY. Jake Busey doesn’t seem nearly as kooky as his father – I wonder what he thinks of his dad – and frankly, I like him! I wouldn’t be surprised to discover that this guy has a big cult following. He turns 41 today.
