It’s time for a celebrity “That Guy” birthday! Jon Gries has appeared in over 100 film and television projects, and began acting at the age of 11 in the Charlton Heston movie Will Penny. Gries has barely ever stopped acting since then, appearing on TV shows such as The Jeffersons, The Twilight Zone, Quantum Leap, The X-Files, Beverly Hills 90210, Seinfeld, The Pretender, ER, Carnivale, Cold Case, CSI: NY, Supernatural, Nikita, Sons of Anarchy and Lost. His film credits include The Monster Squad, Real Genius, The Grifters, Get Shorty, Men in Black, The Rundown, Napoleon Dynamite, The Sasquatch Gang, Stick It, The Astronaut Farmer, Taken, and the upcoming Taken 2.
