Microsoft made some waves recently when they announced the release of their touchscreen tablet computer the Surface, designed of course to be a major competitor of Apple’s iPad. This dubsteppy commercial for it certainly makes it look sleek and stylish, and I love the look of the little kickstand thing and the magnetic keyboard/screen. I definitely prefer PC computers to Macs, and have used more Microsoft products than Apple ones in the course of my life – although I do own an iPad – but…I dunno, I think Microsoft may have missed the boat with this one. The iPad is already multiple generations into its line, and it’s been around for years. On top of that, Microsoft once again fouled up one of their product presentations!
