This video from Awkward Spaceship finally answers a burning question that I’ve always had about the Mario Bros.: if these guys can save the world, then why are they still plumbers? One would think after the events of the first Mario game, Mario and Luigi would be big, rich champions of the Mushroom Kingdom. But no!
