Super Golden Friends

I never would have guessed it, but it turns out that the premise of replacing the cast of The Golden Girls with the aging cast of Super Friends is actually a work of pure genius. A golden idea, you might say. This animated intro is a near-perfect recreation of The Golden Girls intro (seriously, compare it to the actual intro below) created by Youtube user kevinbappdotcom as a sort of pitch idea for an animated series on Cartoon Network. Personally, I think it needs a new title: Golden Age Super Friends. But that’s just me.
