Before They Were Stars: Billy Crudup on a Student Soap Opera

During a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Billy Crudup was surprised to discover that some obscure old footage of him had been unearthed from his days at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. When he was 18, Crudup played a bisexual character on a student-produced soap opera called General College which aired on the university’s local student access channel. As you can probably imagine, the soap had the production values of amateur porn, though I think most porn actors could probably outact the guy opposite Crudup in this scene.
