Anna Kendrick is so talented and downright pretty that I’m totally willing to forgive the fact that she was in the Twilight movie franchise. Kendrick got into acting at the young age of 10, and at the age of 12 she was nominated for a Tony award for her performance in the Broadway production of High Society in 1998, making her one of the youngest Tony award nominees of all time! Acting in stage productions through the late 90s and early 2000s, Kendrick made her film debut in a made-for-TV movie called The Mayor in 2003. Since then, she’s appeared in Twilight, Twilight: New Moon, Twilight: Eclipse, and Twilight: Breaking Dawn – Part 1, as well as films such as Elsewhere, Up in the Air, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, and 50/50.
Look for Anna Kendrick in the upcoming film Pitch Perfect and providing vocal talent for the stop-motion animated ParaNorman. She turns 27 today.
