In case you haven’t heard yet, I’m currently writing a new article for Cracked.com about short-lived sitcoms with horrible premises. However, none of them could possibly top the horrible premise of the sitcom featured here. My article was inspired by an column that Daniel O’Brien once wrote for Cracked about TV shows which were cancelled after only one episode. One of them was Heil Honey I’m Home!, a 1990 British sitcom about Adolf Hitler and Eva Braun and the wacky misadventures that ensue when they move next door to a Jewish couple whom they don’t get along with! The planned story arc was for Adolf and Eva to eventually get so fed up that they attempt to kill their Jewish neighbors.
Gee, I have NO IDEA why this was cancelled after one episode!
