Danny Nucci was born in Austria, raised in Italy, and trained in the USA. After an appearance on the Richard Pryor TV series Pryor’s Place, he made his film debut as the “Nasty Kid at School” in Explorers. Throughout the late 1980s and early 1990s, Nucci acted exclusively in television, with credits on Family Ties, The Twilight Zone, Mr. Belvedere, Growing Pains, Magnum PI, Days of Our Lives, Quantum Leap, and Blossom. He then switched gears in 1993 and began acting almost exclusively in movies, appearing in films such as Alive, Crimson Tide, The Rock, Eraser, and Titanic. In the past decade, Nucci has started acting in both films and TV shows, appearing on shows such as House, Without a Trace, The Mentalist, Criminal Minds, Castle, CSI, CSI: NY, and CSI: Miami. He’s also played roles in the films The Way Back Home, Monster Heroes, and World Trade Center. Danny Nucci turns 44 today.
