Bond’s loyalty to M is tested as her past comes back to haunt her.
It’s taken me a while to really warm up to Skyfall, the new Bond film directed by Sam Mendes. Maybe I was still feeling a bit burnt by Quantum of Solace, which seriously failed to impress me, but something about this new trailer, scored with the jazzy new theme song by Adele, has actually managed to get me excited. This looks fun and classy, with good action and surprisingly great-looking cinematography. Don’t let me down, Sam Mendes!
Skyfall comes out November 9, 2012.
