Well, I can honestly say that this is probably the oldest “Before They Were Stars” commercial I’ve ever posted. This ad is from 1950 when the concept of television commercials in general was still a new thing. To show that even larger-than-life pop culture icons are not immune from paying their dues n commercials, here’s an unknown Marilyn Monroe in a vintage ad for, of all things, Union Oil!
