I haven’t played a Grand Theft Auto game in a long time, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t still retain a passing interest in them. The games keep getting graphically better, and it’s kind of cool to know that this particular franchise has been going strong since I was in junior high. A new trailer for GTA V has appeared online, and I’m posting here not only because of the aforementioned reasons, but also because I’m puzzled by how cinematic it looks. Wasn’t the point of GTA that it was just a big, open sandbox? When did all this plot stuff become important?
Grand Theft Auto V comes out in the spring of 2013.
