I just realized that I forgot to post this awesome episode of Welcome to the Basement wherein Matt and Craig examine the amazing Werner Herzog/Klaus Kinski collaboration Fitzcarraldo. Man, Kinski is at his absolute most goblin-y here, isn’t he? That shot of him with the gramaphone on the steamer makes me think that if Kinski were still alive, he’d be playing Gollum.
