Harkening back to one of the very first episodes of Shouts From the Back Row, on this week’s show Gill, Robin and TK are going to be taking a look at the phenomenon of the aging action star. Now, with both Stallone and Schwarzenegger headlining their own movies again (Bullet to the Head and The Last Stand, respectively) and with RED 2 coming out later this year, the guys ponder just what makes the idea of an aging action hero appealing to mass audiences. And is the cast of The Expendables more than the sum of its parts? Can these 80s heavyweights of action cinema hold their own in the modern cinematic climate? Click here to download the episode!
