Actor Dane DeHaan is a relative newcomer to the movies, but he’s already seen a huge boost in popularity thanks to his starring role in last year’s Chronicle. DeHaan attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and got his start on Broadway as the understudy for Haley Joel Osment in the play American Buffalo. His television debut was on a 2008 episode of Law & Order: SVU, and since then he has appeared on TV shows such as In Treatment and True Blood, and in films such as Lawless, The Place Beyond the Pines, Lincoln, Kill Your Darlings, and the upcoming The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Dane DeHaan turns 27 today.
