This year’s April Fool’s Day seemed to be a rather crotchety one, as I read more than one article decrying April Fool’s Day as unnecessary and stupid in the age of the internet. Well to heck with that! I still love it, and so do the likes of Youtube and Google. The Youtube hoax video above is absolutely hilarious, and by far one of the funniest April Fools internet jokes I’ve seen in a long time. Google got in on the fun as usual, too, launching their Google Nose project and Google Maps “Treasure Mode”. But I think Youtube wins this year’s Finest Fool award.
