Guys, this has to be the most bittersweet thing I’ve posted this year. Michael J. Fox is returning to television after a prolonged hiatus with a new sitcom on NBC. The setup is pretty generic, I suppose, but man, is there anybody the world loves more than Michael J. Fox? Just seeing him on screen again warms the wee cockles of my charred, shriveled little heart. What’s more, he’s obviously got a good sense of humour about his unfortunate condition, which is great. But man, just watching this gave me such a weird mix of emotions. I’m really happy to see him working again, but I don’t think I’ll ever not be sad about his affliction. Anyway, I can’t wait to see this thing! Here’s hoping NBC doesn’t cancel it immediately.
