I’m still having a tough time believing that even though Grindhouse was a box office failure, six years later we’re still getting material that was introduced in the phony trailers attached to the underrated double-feature. Machete Kills is the sequel to Machete, once of the first films we reviewed on our Shouts From the Back Row podcast, and, well, it looks like it will be delivering the same stuff that I loved about the first Machete. Big blades, boobies, and a strangely gratuitous cameo from one of the stars of Spy Kids. Huh.
