Joshua Leonard is basically the only person involved in the making of The Blair Witch Project who has gone on to do anything particularly noteworthy. The Blair Witch Project was Leonard’s big film debut, and since then he has appeared in over 50 films, including Men of Honor, Madhouse, The Shaggy Dog, Hatchet, Prom Night, Humpday, and Shark Night 3D, and on such shows as The Outer Limits, NYPD Blue, CSI: NY, CSI: Miami, Bones, Hung, and Criminal Minds. But no matter what he does, the first thing I will always think of when I hear his name is two people, lost in the forest, shouting “JOOOOOSSSSHHHH!!!” Josh Leonard turns 38 today.
