I’ve recently been playing the terrific indie game Capsule, and every time I do, here is what happens…
I activate my pod’s grainy, low-resolution computer interface, the screen covered in condensation. All systems check nominal. Oxygen and power reserves at maximum. I send out a radar pulse to get a look at my surroundings…lichen. Cicads. The occasional dopter. I slowly pull out of the outpost dock and begin my scan, angling my ship towards my destination. I only hope I can get there before I run out of breathable air…
It’s a chilling, claustrophobic experience. The minimalist graphics make the game feel like something that would be displayed on the screen of the Nostromo. And boy, do I love it. Click here to purchase, and purchase you should.
