I seem to be one of the few people who actually enjoyed – really enjoyed – the movie Monsters, wherein giant squid aliens have basically taken over the southern United States and most of Mexico. People have complained about the quality of the acting, the pacing of the movie, the cinematography, but man, I liked all of those things. So you’d think I’d be excited for a sequel, but after seeing this teaser…I don’t know. It looks okay, I guess. They don’t give us much, so maybe that explains my lack of enthusiasm. Or maybe I’m just good at spotting a stinker. Time will tell…
Monsters: Dark Continent comes out sometime in 2014.
