Before They Were Stars: Amanda Tapping in a Tim Hortons Commercial

Since the Back Row is a Canadian website, I’ve always yearned to do a “Before They Were Stars” feature on someone who appeared in a Tim Hortons commercial. Hell, I heard that Michael Cera once did a Tim Hortons commercial when he was a kid, but I’ve never been able to find any footage of it. However, the Ottawa Comiccon Facebook page has recently posted an old Tim Horton’s ad with one of next year’s featured guests: Stargate SG-1 star Amanda Tapping. As if this commercial couldn’t be any more Canadian, it also features Royal Canadian Air Farce star Don Ferguson as a customer who gets way too excited about oat bran muffins.
