Before They Were Stars: Bryan Cranston in a Christmas-Themed JC Penney Commercial

For the last “Before They Were Stars” feature before the holidays, it only seems appropriate that I would find an old Christmas-themed JC Penney ad featuring Bryan Cranston, who has pretty much given me more “Before They Were Stars” material than anyone. It seems that Cranston was something of a spokesman for JC Penney in 1996 as he did another commercial for them that year alongside an unknown David Boreanaz. Man, Cranston’s last line in this ad totally sounds like something Walter White would say: “I got in, I got out, nobody got hurt”.
