Why would you want to prove that all is for nothing?

This movie looks like it could be a return to form for Gilliam, and I love that he’s working with Christoph Waltz…but I can’t help but feel like I’m waiting for the other shoe to drop here. Will the Gilliam curse suddenly take hold of Zero Theorem? Will every theatre showing it suddenly burn down, and the distributor with the only remaining copies explode? Anyway, I hope it’s good, because it looks like it could be awesome.
