The Big Bang Theory without a laugh track

As I’ve grown older, I’ve become more and more annoyed by TV shows using laugh tracks. It’s as though the showrunners don’t think their audience is smart enough to understand when the jokes happen, or even worse: the jokes suck, and the only way to get anyone to laugh at them is to use canned laughter. That seems to be the case with The Big Bang Theory, a show which I’ve never really been a fan of. These videos, where we get to see the show with the laugh track removed, illustrate quite well that the characters on the show aren’t funny…they’re just jerks. So. Awkward.
