It’s sorta like Daft Punk meets Contact in this trailer for ETXR – the story of a DJ who builds a Tesla invention that allows him to communicate with aliens through the power of electronic music. ETXR is being released directly to Netflix, so I’m not expecting something huge or grandiose, but I love this preview! It promises a great soundtrack, and I really dig Bix the Bug’s mask-helmet-thing. I dunno, it might turn out to be a dud, but something about ETXR is calling me with its unique harmonic electronic noises.
ETXR is out on Netflix and VOD on March 31, 2014.
