Centennial was a mini-series which aired on NBC in 1978 and covered the existence of a fictional town called Centennial, Colorado over the course of a century. It’s also notable for featuring George Clooney’s first official acting role in the age of 17. Alas, it’s not exactly a role that sets the world on fire as Clooney is merely a background extra here, briefly walking past the camera while carrying a barrel at the 1:48 mark of this clip.
