Before They Were Stars: Rory McCann in a Scott’s Porage Oats Commercial

I may not have written it, but Cracked recently did an article about early roles for Game of Thrones actors which was right up my alley. While I’m not familiar with his role on the show, I definitely do know Rory McCann (Sandor “The Hound” Clegane) from his role as the “Yarp” guy in Hot Fuzz. However, years before that, McCann got his first major gig in a commercial for Scott’s Porage Oats, where he emerges from a lake in the dead of winter wearing nothing but a kilt apron.
