Mike Mulligan and the Steam Shovel is a very popular children’s book which got its own 25-minute animated adaptation in 1990. A 12-year old Jason Biggs had one of his earliest acting jobs in this short, providing the voice of the little boy who pops up at the 14:40 mark.
