I have no idea what the full context of this clip is, but sometime during the 1970s, a young Bill Nighy acted in a British educational film about workplace safety, which has apparently been preserved by Europe’s Huntley Film Archives. In this snippet, you get to see Nighy as an office manager who gets pretty agitated because his employees don’t know the proper way to use the filing cabinet.
