Okay, this movie looks ridiculous. Not since John Turturro played Pharoah in Exodus: Gods and Kings have I seen such weird casting choices. John Cusack as a Roman general? Adrian Brody as the villain? Jackie Chan in an English-speaking role, even though his character wouldn’t speak English? And a rumoured appearance from MEL GIBSON? I honestly can’t believe anyone thought this would be a good idea. I predict this will be the 2015 version of Pompeii.
